That Jesus really did "rise after three days," but as a Book. Like, in us, when we started to tell the story. "The body of Christ" So what is the Gospel, it's the story of what Jesus taught and did, about God coming to Earth:
Not armed, not as a king; a teacher dying side-saddle on a donkey in pre-history, so we'd understand. So then He goes, but He goes right on, in us, as this story we tell and these lessons. "The body of Christ" So in this one way, the Second Coming already happened a few days later, if ya see :) |
Why worry, then? Why bonk heads?
If you really believe that, that this is God's daily bread, that "it is accomplished", you can react to
it all very differently. As an opportunity to be creative, let's say.
